I want to share some info with you, maybe you find it helpful.
1. Lose weight if you’re overweight, exercise, and eat healthy food in smaller portions.
2. Stay positive that you will defeat disease and win big.
3. Read about nutrients.
4. Eliminate junk foods, processed foods, especially soda.
5. Have your doctor do blood test and know the results. Anything you find out of normal range, for example, you cholesterol is too high, correct it.

Could you tell me where you purchased these. My Father is suffering from chf and i want to help him and head it off. At the age of 25 my ldl level was extremely high, I was to stubborn to do anything especially with statins. But this sounds good I to heard about plant sterols. Thank’s for your responce.
