@Seyahhsod some people are allergic to gluten because they have Coeliac Disease. I know someone who has it, and she gets terribly ill if she eats any gluten. Otherwise, I don’t really think it’s a problem

What is ‘smart water’ ? is it a brand or is it a water?

  8. JosephEaorle says:

the only problem I have is that if everybody ate wild salmon, there would only be farmed salmon left. I would say take it easy on the salmon and maybe get some hemp oil. I am currently making chicken and beef broth and I use it to cook grains in. It’s a good source of proteins for building collagen (which is what fish proteins are good for)

Guys, there’s nothing wrong with eggs. Yes, it’s high in cholesterol but it’s GOOD cholesterol. Overall, eggs are low in calories, tasty, packed full of protien and damn good for you.

  25. gongoozler18 says:

No way in hell am I paying a $1.60 for a bottle of water just because it is filtered tap water and it contains added electrolytes. I can find electrolytes in other foods like fruits and vegetables. Farm-raised fish? No. That sounds like a scam that many gullible people would buy into and would pay double the price. Sprouted grain bread is heard to find in many grocery stores across the country. I only know one store that sells it and it’s Whole Foods-expressive and a ripoff. Big inconvenience.
