    @roxfaerie fluoride can be good for your teeth, whyen your at the dentist and you get your teeth cleaned the foam they put in the retainer type things that you have to leave in your mouth for 1 min is fluoride.

    yea….i agree…fluoride is dangerous….drink mineral water instead…water that has minerals such as kalium/potassium, CALCIUM( this is GOOD for your TEETH), natrium/sodium,magnesium,bicarbonate, etc….

    @newmoon65 Definitely buy Furama brand soy milk, it’s awesome! and make sure that it has sugar added (they sell it with/without sugar and the one without sugar tastes gross)

    @Harusuzumiya High amounts of fluoride is very bad for you. You should drink water without fluoride.

    It’s better to drink tap water because it has flouride in it and it helps your teeth stay strong and clean

    go on a raw diet of fruits veggies and nuts and beans, you will lose weight, and feel better too. trust me, it makes my life a lot better

    Ive heard to drink water like 10 minutes after a meal (not during) so that the food can be digested. So don’t drink water or try not to drink a lot of it during lunch or dinner, or while eating something, only before and after.

    u should try drinking green tea with honey if u need it sweetened and im not sure about this but i think you can flavor your water with a lemon or something

    ur diet is close to mine bc for like 3 months all i drank was water,tea and soy milk and like had a lot of fiber bc that keeps u skinny
